The OPWDD services you are able to receive depends on whether or not you qualify for the Medicaid waiver.
Family Support Services

Family Support Services are non-Medicaid waiver services. If you are eligible for OPWDD and live at home with a family member or caregiver who is not paid to take care of you, then you and your family can receive these services.

There are other OPWDD services that are only available to those who have Medicaid and the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver.
If you have Medicaid as your health insurance and you are eligible for OPWDD, you still need to apply for the waiver separately to get the services listed under HCBS Medicaid Waiver services.
